As someone in the fitness industry who grew up in the dance world I know all too well the struggles of conforming ones body to meet an “ideal” aesthetic and the unhealthy behaviors towards food and exercise to achieve it.
My work and goal as a Pilates instructor is to teach and educate people on ways to move in order to live a functional life, free of pain, and honor the body they were given.
My mission as a health coach is to change the narrative people have about food and exercise while helping them discover their own individual needs through an intuitive eating and health-at-every-size (HAES) approach.
